Webster Memorial Theatre Nominated for Tourette Scotland Friendly Environment Award
Webster Memorial Theatre is delighted to have been nominated for a Tourette Scotland Friendly Environment Award following a nomination from audience member Bryan Greig.
Bryan attended the recent Danny Bhoy performance at the theatre and was inspired to put forward the nomination after experiencing the welcoming and supportive atmosphere created by theatre staff and volunteers.
In his nomination, Bryan highlighted how comfortable and included he felt throughout his visit, praising the understanding and kindness shown by the team. His feedback reflects Webster Memorial Theatre’s ongoing commitment to ensuring that everyone can enjoy live performances in an inclusive and accessible environment.
The nomination has been warmly received by staff at the theatre, who are proud to be recognised for their efforts to create a welcoming space for all visitors.
