bACTIVE is ANGUSalive's sport & leisure membership scheme.
Our facilities offer something for everyone whether it’s to keep fit, build strength, work out with friends or just feel good and enjoy activities with the family. Plus with seven sports centres as part of your membership, you’ll be spoilt for choice with the fantastic range of activities and facilities available.
ELEVATE Studios at Carnoustie and Saltire Sports Centres
We recently introduced ‘Elevate’ – a boutique, group PT studio in Carnoustie Sports Centre and Saltire Sports Centre in Arbroath. Fully coached, high intensity training designed to take your fitness to the next level.
Memberships
Monthly
£37.00 a month
With our monthly membership, you’ll have unlimited access to the gym, fitness classes, swimming pools and health suites at all ANGUSalive venues, but with the ability to cancel at one full calendar month’s notice. Membership also includes access to Elevate studios at Carnoustie and Saltire Sports Centres. You will also have access to book our group fitness classes 8 days in advance and all of the bACTIVE benefits included above.
Young Persons (18–25)
£27 a month
Just left school? Starting your career or off to college or uni? This membership is for you. Our Young Person membership gives you unlimited access to our new state of the art gyms, fitness classes, swimming pools, health suites at all ANGUSalive venues. Membership also includes access to Elevate studios at Carnoustie and Saltire Sports Centres. You will have access to book our group fitness classes 8 days in advance and all of the bACTIVE benefits included above.

Junior Memberships
£27 per month
What’s in a junior membership? Sports, sports and…more sports! We’ve got you covered in football, gymnastics, netball, swimming and basketball. Sharpen your skills or dip into something new for the fun of it. Our junior membership also gives you access our full junior programme, swimming, rookie lifeguard programme as well as a range of free and discounted holiday activities.
Junior memberships are for ages 17 and under
Swimming Membership (Junior)
£24 a month
With our Junior Swimming Membership you can access your Learn to Swim classes, attend public sessions, and access our Rookie Lifeguard programme.
(Please note this membership should only be taken out once a space at lessons has been accepted.)
Pay as you go
You’re always welcome at our gyms, even if you’re not a member. Access our gyms, fitness classes, swimming pools and health suites and more when you want with Pay As You Go, you will also have the ability to book 7 days in advance.
If you are a coming more than twice a week, check out our best value membership, where you can have unlimited access from just £37.00 a month!
Concessionary
£27.00 a month
Concessionary gives you unlimited access to the gym, fitness classes, swimming pools, health suites at all ANGUSalive venues. Commit to us for a year and we’ll give you a month on us. Membership also includes access to Elevate studios at Carnoustie and Saltire Sports Centres. Annual memberships are perfect if you know you’re going to be here with us all year round.

Online Memberships

Modern life allows us to be flexible about where we exercise. With our online membership, you can workout on your own terms via our ANGUSalive app. Access hundreds of classes on demand, including the world renowned Les Mills ™. That comes in as little as 3p a class! Existing bACTIVE annual or monthly direct debit members get access to this completely FREE.
