Please note that the Art Galleries at Arbroath Library will be closed to the public from 1 January 2025. This is to allow refurbishment of the space for Angus Archives.

The Corsar Gallery and the Brothock Gallery both within Arbroath Library, display artworks from the Angus collections, as well as touring exhibitions and locally-generated shows.

Parties welcome – please book in advance.

School Visits

Situated in the heart of the town, Arbroath Library contains two galleries in its upstairs section, namely The Corsar Gallery and the Brothock Gallery.

Off street parking is available in Angus Council sites (charges apply).

The nearest car park is at Stanley Street.

The gallery is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station.

There are local bus services. Visit Angus Council website for further information.

From Arbroath bus station, the library and gallery building is a 10-15 minute walk.
