Arbroath Academy pupils smash it in the ELEVATE studio

ANGUSalive kicked off Scottish Women and Girls in Sport Week on Monday 30 September by welcoming senior girls from Arbroath Academy to try the new ELEVATE studio at Saltire Sports Centre.

Jamie, Sarah, Molly and Daisy from Arbroath Academy joined group fitness instructor Georgia for LES MILLS CEREMONY™,  a boutique-style workout that delivers athletic conditioning and explosive movements. This functional training resistance-based workout focuses on full-body strength, cardio and conditioning.

The girls smashed their drills in the new purpose built group exercise studio.
