Elevate reaches 100 members within the first month

The brand new Elevate programme offering functional fitness with ANGUSalive has already reached 100 members within the first month of opening.

These 100 members are enjoying use of the new Elevate studio with high intensity, small group fitness sessions leaving them feeling stronger, faster and elated! Classes on offer include Les Mills Ceremony, Elevate Cardio, Circuit, Power and Body and Mind.

The studios – based at Carnoustie Sports Centre and Saltire Sports Centre – features unique zones and live heart rate tracking which adds a competitive edge for participants.

Scott Nicoll, Adult & Members Physical Activity Lead said “We’re absolutely thrilled about the start that we’ve had with Elevate. There’s been a real buzz about the two studios and our coaches have enjoyed welcoming those who have been getting stuck in. There’s a real community feel happening and we’re excited to see Elevate grow in the months ahead.”
