Meet the Team: Ranger Rachel

The Countryside Adventure team is delighted to welcome Rachel Eddie as its newest Countryside Ranger.

Rachel joins ANGUSalive from Montrose Community Trust, where she worked as a Climate Action Coordinator, supporting environmental initiatives.

With a lifelong love of the outdoors, Rachel has always enjoyed spending time in nature. When she discovered the Countryside Ranger role, she immediately recognised many of the activities she already loved doing in her spare time.

Rachel is particularly looking forward to sharing her enthusiasm for nature with others and helping ensure these special places can be enjoyed by future generations.

Away from work, Rachel enjoys photography and wild swimming, and the weather turns colder, she can often be found curled up with a good book.

The team is thrilled to have Rachel on board and looks forward to the positive impact she will make across Angus’ countryside sites and local communities.
