ANGUSalive to Launch AI Fitness Coach ‘Livia’
ANGUSalive is set to introduce Livia, a new AI-powered fitness coach designed to help members stay motivated, build healthy habits and get more from their membership.
The digital fitness coach will be available through the ANGUSalive app, providing members with personalised support, fitness guidance and encouragement whenever they need it.
Developed as an extension of the ANGUSalive fitness and leisure team, Livia has been designed to help members establish sustainable exercise routines, stay engaged with their health and wellbeing goals, and discover activities and services that best suit their needs.
Available 24/7 through the member app, Livia will be able to answer questions about fitness, wellbeing, facilities, classes and memberships, while offering motivational support to help members stay active and confident throughout their fitness journey.
The launch reflects ANGUSalive’s ongoing commitment to embracing innovation that enhances the member experience and supports healthier, happier communities across Angus. Livia will provide free guidance on topics such as strength training, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, recovery and habit formation, while encouraging members to make the most of the wide range of opportunities available through ANGUSalive.
Importantly, Livia has been designed to communicate with warmth, empathy and professionalism, creating an inclusive and welcoming experience for members of all ages and abilities.
The initial phase of the project will see Livia introduced as an in-app fitness and wellbeing coach, with future developments informed by member feedback and insights gathered from interactions with users.

Livia will be available from Monday 26 October on the ANGUSalive app.
