- Carnoustie Sports Centre – Wednesday 4 September, 12pm
ANGUSalive’s Sport and Leisure team invite you to join them for this year’s Recruitment Meet and Greet.
These events are open to those interested in exploring a career in the sport and leisure industry. They present an excellent opportunity to learn more about our services and how you can be part of them.
The sessions will cover our volunteering and employment opportunities across our operational teams, junior programmes, swimming lessons, long term condition programmes, disability and inclusion programmes, adult fitness programmes and additional community providers in the area.
There are numerous compelling reasons to attend our recruitment meet and greets, including:
Empower through Engagement: Stand at the forefront of empowering your local community. Whether you’re leading invigorating fitness sessions, or orchestrating community-wide events, your participation will be the impetus behind a healthier, happier society for all.
Unearth Your Untapped Potential: If you love sport – this is your chance to jump in with two feet. Irrespective of whether you’re a seasoned expert or a fresh face, we’re here to help you find what you’re passionate about and help you do that special something that you felt you couldn’t do.
Meet Like Minded People: We all know the benefits that sports bring to people’s lives and the rewarding role that teamwork can play. Start now and work within our network of sports-daft staff that will help you embrace your love of sport.
Champion Change: You’re not here to simply take part. You’re here to change it. If you want to see a difference in your local community, don’t wait for it to happen. MAKE it happen. And we’re right here waiting to do it with you.
Listen to Inspiring Stories: They say the proof is in the pudding and often…they’re right. At our fayres you can expect to hear from members of staff from people just like you who dipped their toes in with us not so long ago and are now making a huge impact in their community or working with us.
Watch: Kirstie Abbey, our current Health and Welllbeing Lead, used to volunteer with us and has since secured full time employment with us. Listen to their story in this video!
