Water’s Edge

Paula Deas & Charlie Parsons

The Water’s Edge is a new collection of oil paintings by Carnoustie artists Paula Deas and Charlie Parsons. The show features east coast beaches and Angus farmland, as well as views from further afield and more. The local landscape is a hugely important source of inspiration for both artists, and while their styles do differ, those underlying elements of the space in which they both live ties their work together. There’s something for everyone, with both very familiar scenes and ambiguous textural expressions hanging side by side.
