Connor Feeney Nominated for Best Health and Wellbeing Business in Scottish Business Awards
Connor Feeney, a personal trainer at Forfar Community Campus, has been nominated for the “Best Health and Wellbeing Business” in the Scottish Business Awards.
The nomination follows hot off the heels of being nominated YOUR Personal Training’s PT of the month for June.
Since joining the ANGUSalive team two years ago, Connor has built a strong reputation for his personalised approach to training and his commitment to helping clients reach their fitness goals. Over the period he has grown his client base, helping them reach their targets to the stage a new PT has been appointed in the campus to meet the growing demand.
Speaking about his nomination, Connor said: “I am very humbled to be nominated for this award and I’d like to thank whoever it was that nominated me as I hadn’t seen it coming. It is ultimately the work of my clients that has helped me to be recognised, so it’s a huge thanks to them and their dedication. I’m also fortunate to have a great space to work in – Forfar Community Campus is an excellent gym – it makes my job much easier.”
ANGUSalive have been working in partnership with YOUR Personal Training and have recently increased their pool of PT’s across Angus to meet growing demand across the county. As part of the agreement with YOUR Personal Training, all bACTIVE members receive a free PT session with their training to trial the service.
Scott Nicoll, ANGUSalive’s Adult and Memberships Physical Activity lead said: “We’re very pleased for Connor to be nominated. He is never far from the Forfar Community Campus gym and is reaping the rewards of his hard work, as are his clients. We are delighted to see his hard work and commitment recognised on a wider stage and wish him the best of luck.”
