Holiday Activities to deliver Hot Cross Fun for Kids and Families this Easter

Families across Angus are being invited to spring into the holidays with a packed programme of Easter Holiday Activities from ANGUSalive, offering something for every age and interest throughout the school break.

Designed to keep children active, creative and entertained, this year’s holiday roster includes everything from baby sensory sessions and indoor climbing to museum activities and a lively family fun day celebrating Spring in a welcoming atmosphere that encourages families to play, learn, and make memories together.

Young gymnasts can flip into action with gymnastics camps that focus on developing balance and coordination suitable for different skill levels and aiming to build confidence and new skills. Whether children are trying gymnastics for the first time or keen to build on what they’ve already learned, these sessions promise energetic movement and friendly coaching.

Football fans won’t be left out either — with football camps incorporated into the programme, offering budding players a chance to sharpen their skills, enjoy small-sided games and learn from supportive coaches in a fun, inclusive setting. These football opportunities are part of ANGUSalive broader sport-and-leisure offering during the holidays, which encourages young people to stay active through a variety of team sports and games.

Beyond sport, the Easter schedule includes Adventure Camps with outdoor challenges, and hands-on museum activities where children can explore local history through creative workshops.

With a mix of energetic play, creative exploration and community spirit, the organisation hopes its Easter offering will add a little extra spice to the season – and plenty of hot cross fun for everyone involved.

The Holiday Activities programmer aims to give families a wide variety of affordable, accessible ways to stay engaged and active during the school holidays with imaginative, physical and cultural activities on offer for all ages.

Easter Holiday Activities run from 6 – 18 April. Full details of activities and booking information are available at https://angusalive.scot/holiday-activities/
