Clash of the Titans – Guided Red Deer Walk

Come out to Glen Doll with the Ranger Service to look for Scotland’s largest mammal, the Red Deer. We’ll walk through the forest, watching for herds on the hills and hopefully seeing the rut, the dramatic battle for dominance between stags on the hillsides.

The walk will begin at Glen Doll Ranger Base and go up through the forest to see the hills and crags beyond, before returning to the base.

Please bring a packed lunch, and wear sturdy footwear, warm outdoor clothing, and bring waterproofs if possible.

3-hour guided walk

All participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
