Our Privacy Statement outlines how ANGUSalive will process personal information under the data protection laws.

You have the right to ask to see any personal information held by ANGUSalive and this is known as a subject access request. A subject access request can be made by or on behalf of an individual.

You can make a request by emailing enquiries@angusalive.scot.

We will ask for proof of who you are and may also ask you for more details to help us find the information you are interested in.

We will respond within one month and there is no charge for a subject access request.

We may withhold information if it gives details about another person. There are other reasons why the law may allow us to withhold information.

If you are not happy with our response or how we dealt with your request, you can ask ANGUSalive for a review or ask the Information Commissioner’s Office to investigate.
