Chat with Annie

ANGUSalive Sport & Leisure is proud to announce the launch of Annie, a new AI-powered assistant designed to enhance customer experience.

Annie will provide instant answers to a wide range of Sport & Leisure related questions, from memberships to opening times to timetables, helping both staff and customers navigate services more efficiently.

Annie is accessible across all Sport & Leisure pages on the ANGUSalive website and within the mobile app. Annie can be found at the bottom right hand corner of the Sport & Leisure web pages or can easily be identified by the “Chat with Annie” logo on the app.
