Angus Outdoor Adventure Summer Festival: Friday 6 to Sunday 15 June 2025
Explore the great outdoors this summer in Angus with the Outdoor Adventure Summer Festival taking place from Friday 6 to Sunday 15 June, organised by Visit Angus.
With guided walks, sailing, fishing, golf and so much more, there are lots of opportunities to try something new or visit somewhere you’ve never been before.
As part of this initiative organised by the Angus Tourism Cooperative, ANGUSalive are excited to welcome people to our our bACTIVE Health Walks and our Buggy Walks over a couple of dates.
What are Health Walks?
Our bACTIVE Health Walks are part of our Healthy Steps Angus initiative and are free, friendly and low-level walks led by trained volunteers. They’re ideal for anyone looking to become more active, meet new people, or regain confidence in being out and about. Walks are short, manageable, and held regularly in communities across Angus.
What are Buggy Walks?
New parents and carers can join our Buggy Walks – gentle, sociable strolls designed for those with young children in buggies or carriers. These walks are a brilliant way to get moving, meet others in similar stages of life, and enjoy the outdoors together.
See what’s happening in the Festival!
These make part of a cracking line up and it all starts on Friday 6 June. Please head over to the Angus Outdoor Summer Festival site for more information and how to take part.
