Lesley's Story
Lesley is a familiar face within the Angus (and ANGUSalive!) community. Some will see her as we do as our Business & Project lead at ANGUSalive, but to many more they will see her as “Coach Lesley” or the “lady who makes me utterly exhausted at the end of my class!”.
Lesley has long been passionate about coaching but had her own self doubts to begin with. As time has passed her confidence is grown and it’s clear she gets a huge buzz out of it. She has noticed the changes that her coaching has had on other people – check Skye’s story as an example – and indeed herself.
She gives a big shout out to Brechin where she has been influential in growing a large community at ANGUSalive classes and in ANGUSalive’s gym refurbishments which have gone down a treat with bACTIVE members across Angus.
