The hardest part for me was taking that first step through the door but everyone who attended the class was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

It wasn’t long before I noticed a difference in my mental health. After a couple of weeks I noticed I  wasn’t feeling nervous before classes anymore and I started to really look forward to attending them. I was also able to engage in conversations with other attendees, something I wouldn’t have had the confidence to do before. I noticed a difference with my physical health too. I was able to do things I had previously thought wasn’t possible or too hard for me
