Stress Management & Improving Sleep
In this workshop we will be covering to topics which are closely linked and directly impact one another. Elevated levels of stress can impact our sleep in many ways, from struggling to fall or stay asleep, our quality of sleep or result in sleeping too much. Equally a poor night’s sleep can have an immediate effect on our stress levels, therefore in this workshop we will be exploring how to manage each of these factors through relaxation or mindfulness practices and other coping mechanisms.
