The hills are alive, with the sound of deer!
Spend your Sunday with the ranger experiencing the phenomenon known as The Rut. We’ll walk through the forest, watching for herds of Red Deer on the hills, and hopefully seeing some clashes of these majestic and stoic animals. The dramatic battle for dominance between stags on the hillsides awaits!
NB Participants should be prepared to be outdoors for the full 2 hours, and wear suitable outdoor clothing and sturdy footwear for a hike over an ATV track.
Bring water, lunch and waterproofs if possible.
