ANGUSalive Introduces Tap-to-Donate Boxes to Museums – Making Supporting Local Heritage Easier Than Ever

ANGUSalive is proud to announce the launch of new tap-to-donate boxes across its museum venues, providing visitors with a quick and convenient way to support the preservation and development of Angus’s rich cultural heritage.

The new contactless donation points allow guests to contribute effortlessly by simply tapping their card or mobile device, removing the need for cash and making giving more accessible than ever before.

These donation points have currently been placed at Arbroath’s Signal Tower Museum, the Forfar Meffan Museum and Montrose Museum.

ANGUSalive’s museums are vital community hubs where the history and stories of Angus come to life. With these new tap-to-donate boxes, we are making it easier for visitors to show their support. Every donation, no matter the size, goes directly back into maintaining and enhancing our museums, ensuring they remain welcoming and inspiring spaces for all.

We still have cash boxes available, but as we all know, less people are carrying physical cash these days. With this method, we can do both and with a super quick tap-to-donate function, we are making it easier for people to contribute to the museums.

Visitors are encouraged to look for the new donation points during their next visit and contribute to preserving the cultural fabric of Angus with a simple tap where you can choose the amount.
