Active Wellbeing
A collection of classes designed to support individuals progressing from Active Start referral programme or just starting their fitness journey following a prolonged break following inactivity, illness or injury.
Spaces are limited in these classes, if you are attending other classes in our group fitness timetable Active Wellbeing classes are not the most appropriate for you.

All activities must be booked in advance. You can do this via the ANGUSalive app, our website or by phoning the sport centre direct. Payment is also required at the time of booking if the activities are not included in your membership.
