Les Mills New Release Launch – Kick start your 2026 by joining us for the latest releases of all your favourite Les Mills work-outs!
Join us on Saturday 10 January at Montrose Sports Centre as we celebrate the latest Les Mills classes with a morning of back to back 20 minute classes to put you in the right frame of mind for the year ahead.
Classes are free of charge so that everyone can experience the thrill of the new workouts.
09:00 RPM
A group indoor cycling class that combines simulated climbs, sprints, and flat riding set to popular music.
09:30 Grit
A high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts designed to improve fitness, build lean muscle and burn fat.
10:00 BodyPump
A barbell-based, full-body resistance training workout that uses light weights and high repetitions to build strength, tone muscles, and improve endurance.
10:30 BodyStep
A full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs.
10:30 LM Core
A workout program that builds core strength and stability.
11:00 Strength Development
A progressive strength training workout series designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced lifters, to build muscle and improve technique
11:30 BodyAttack
A high-energy, sports-inspired fitness class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises.
12:00 BodyCombat
A high-energy, non-contact martial arts-inspired group fitness workout that involves punching, kicking, and other moves to improve fitness, burn calories, and build strength.
12:30 BodyBalance
A yoga-based fitness class that combines elements of Tai Chi and Pilates, set to music to improve flexibility, core strength, and mental wellbeing.
