Food for Strength and Independence Workshop

Food for Strength and Independence Workshop is a friendly 5-week workshop series designed to help older adults stay strong, energised and independent.

Each session combines simple nutrition advice, practical tips, and relaxed group discussion. Learn how small changes to everyday meals and routines can support strength, bone health, hydration and overall wellbeing, all in a welcoming social environment.

Supported by our Health & Wellbeing Team, Bella, a student from Dundee & Angus College, will be delivering this workshop.

No prior knowledge is needed, free to attend and no need to book!
