Located in the Brechin Community Campus the theatre provides a performance venue for drama and concerts. Lectures, meetings, conferences, workshops and training events can also be hosted in the theatre.

Kitchen facilities in the building are available for hire on request. The café, operated by Madisons, can also provide food for events.
