Climate 4 Change: Conversation

Are you concerned about climate change but not sure how urgent it is and how you can make a difference?

Most people in Scotland are concerned about climate change but are uncertain and overwhelmed – they don’t know how Scotland should respond or what they personally can do.

Social research shows that we make sense of confusing information and decide what to do about it through conversations with people we know and trust.

Join the Climate for Change team for a friendly, facilitated discussion to explore these questions in a short one-off session at Montrose Museum on Tuesday 23 April, 19:00 – 20:30

Having quality conversations about climate change is one of the most effective things we can do to stop it.

The concept of SCCAN’s ‘Climate for Change’ conversations for newcomers is to communicate an idea: how we can take action on climate change.

Led by Climate for Change trained facilitators, the team draws on concerns raised in the session – and allows these concerns to be addressed and grow into action.

Please note that this is an adult only event.
