Hannah is a customer advisor at our Saltire Sports Centre in Arbroath. In the last few years she recently discovered that she had OCD which initially had a huge impact on her mental health. By her own admission when she started with us just over 2 years ago, she was anxious and struggled with her confidence. She has since put in mechanisms which have helped her manage her condition and has noticed a marked improvement in her confidence – her colleagues at the centre notice it too.

Inspired by her own journey, Hannah will start studying as a Mental Health Nurse in September at Abertay University.
